These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of leffet-papillon.com (the “Site”), operated by L’Effet Papillon (also doing business as Papillon Longevity & Wellness and Papillon Cosmetics). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You must not attempt to disrupt the Site, gain unauthorized access, copy or scrape it at scale, or use it to send unlawful or harmful content.

Products, pricing, and orders
- Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. We may correct pricing or description errors and may cancel or refuse an order, including one already confirmed, with a refund of any amount charged.
- An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or ship your items. Availability is not guaranteed.
- Product colors may vary slightly from images on your screen.
- Applicable sales tax, if any, is added at checkout.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. By submitting an order you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is covered in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns and refunds are covered in our Refund & Returns Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
Memberships and clinical services
Wellness memberships, diagnostic tests, scans, and consultations are provided under the specific enrollment terms, consents, and pricing presented to you when you sign up. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the specific terms control for that service.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Intellectual property
The Site, its text, images, logos, and designs are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with our business. You confirm that it is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe anyone’s rights.
