A highly skilled interventional gastroenterologist and distinguished 16-year U.S. Army veteran, Dr. Cruz combines her extensive medical expertise with a passion for preventive medicine and personalized care.

Nadine G. Grizzle MA LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Ms. Nadine Grizzle MA LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience providing therapy for adults in the areas of stress management, anxiety, trauma, depression, and other issues. She utilizes Skills training, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused therapy to promote positive behavior change. Nadine is committed to creating a supportive and collaborative environment where clients feel empowered to achieve their mental health goals.

Audrey Wolf, RN, BSN

Nurse Director

Audrey Wolf, RN, BSN, brings 26 years of professional nursing experience along with a personal passion for fitness and nutrition. Her expertise spans women’s health, cardiopulmonary nursing, and currently, gastroenterology nursing. Happily married for years, Audrey is a proud mother of three successful adult children. Throughout her journey, she has competed in triathlons, half marathons, and amateur bodybuilding/figure competitions. Audrey firmly believes that with a positive mindset, the latest scientific knowledge, and a robust support system, anyone can achieve health and longevity, which drives her commitment to L’effet Papillon.

Tasha Taylor

Personal Trainer

As a former collegiate athlete in volleyball, tennis, and cheerleading at Brewton Parker College, Tasha has always valued the performance of the human body. She brings a wealth of experience in wellness and fitness, including roles as a Wellness Coordinator, a fitness instructor, and a Volleyball coach. She is a personal trainer, and certified stretch therapist. Tasha earned her Master’s of Science in Health and Human Performance, completing an internship as an assistant athletic trainer at the University of the Southwest. Passionate about health and wellness, she strives to help others achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals. She values building meaningful relationships and embraces every new challenge with enthusiasm.

As a Certified Personal Trainer with 6 years of experience and 2 years as a competitive bodybuilder, I am dedicated to helping clients reach their fitness goals through personalized, evidence-based programs. I specialize in muscle hypertrophy, weight loss, body transformation, functional fitness, and injury prevention, taking a holistic approach that includes nutrition and mental resilience. Customized programs focus on each individual’s needs to ensure long-term success and a positive experience. With a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and NASM certification, I am committed to guiding clients with motivation and expertise.
